| An opportunity to take photos on the BHP line between Hesta and Shaw arose during September 2009. This is the section that is proposed to be partially bypassed by a new 23 Km deviation. A magic few days saw plenty of trains photographed on BHP, FMG & Rio lines.
It was amazing to see the difference in 12 weeks are the amount of earthworks undertaken in readiness for the second track. |
